Coursework Structure
The Otago MBA is divided into two phases:
- Phase I comprises 12 compulsory core papers covering key business areas, including case studies.
- In phase 2, students can choose to continue their MBA through one or a combination of an international exchange program/professional consulting engagement or a choice of elective paper.
The on-campus MBA duration is 15 months, which can be extended to two years, depending on the chosen electives in phase II. On the other hand, a part-time MBA takes around two to three years.
